Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy explains what Atlas Studio stores, why, and who it is shared with. “We” and “us” refer to Atlas. “You” means the person using the Studio. Businesses that publish apps with Atlas are responsible for the data their own users enter into those apps; we store and process that data only on their behalf.

What we store about you

  • Your account: your name, email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; we can't read them. We also record when you agreed to these terms and which version.
  • Sign-in sessions: a session cookie keeps you signed in, plus a security token that protects forms from cross-site attacks. We don't use advertising cookies.
  • Website analytics: on atlasos.one (the website and the Studio) we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve them. It sets its own cookies and shares no account data with us beyond page visits. The apps you publish for your own users are never tracked.
  • Security log: important actions — sign-ins, failed sign-ins, team changes, publishes — are recorded with the time and the IP address they came from, so account owners can see what happened.
  • Payments: when you buy credits, we keep the amount, the date, the pack and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details go straight to our payment partner; we never see or store them.
  • Preferences on your device: the account you last used and small layout choices, such as a collapsed sidebar, are kept in your browser's local storage.

Your company data and files

We store what you and your team build: the structure of your projects (pages, lists, fields, roles, brand), their version history, the records you and your app's users enter, and the files you upload. This is how we show previews, publish your projects, keep backups and let you roll back. Each business has its own separate database for its records; one business can't see another's data.

AI prompts and AI providers

When you ask the builder or Ask AI for something, what you type and the parts of your app needed to answer (for example its structure) are sent to the AI provider that runs that step, so it can produce an answer or a plan. These providers are third-party AI companies that we use only to run the service. Don't put passwords or other secrets into prompts. If you add your own provider key, the request goes to your account with that provider. Provider keys you add are encrypted and never shown again.

Where data is hosted

The Studio, its database and published apps run on cloud hosting providers, currently in the Singapore region. We use these providers only to run the service.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run Atlas Studio — cloud hosting, databases and file storage, AI providers, email delivery and our payment partner — and only as much as each one needs. We may also share data when the law requires it. We don't sell your data and don't share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, it is removed from the Studio straight away and erased for good 7 days later, along with the companies only you own. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

How we protect it

Data travels over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, and provider keys are encrypted. Account owners control who joins their team and what each person can see.

Your choices

  • Update your name and password in Settings → Profile.
  • Sign out of every device at once from Settings → Profile.
  • Export your projects at any time from the builder.
  • Delete your account from Settings → Profile, or ask us to.
  • Ask us for a copy of your personal data, or to correct it.

Children

Atlas Studio is a tool for businesses and isn't meant for children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll also tell you in the Studio or by email.
