Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Atlas, on this website and in our apps. By creating an account or using Atlas Studio, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Atlas Studio for a business, you agree to them on its behalf.
The service
Atlas Studio lets you and your team build, test, publish and run business software with the help of AI. We keep improving it, so features may change over time.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Account owners decide who joins their team and what each person can do.
Credits and payment
- New accounts get free credits. Building with AI and running your projects use credits, as described on the pricing page. You see the cost before anything is built.
- Workspace plans may be billed monthly or annually. You can cancel renewal at any time; paid access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Credit top-ups are prepaid, one-time purchases that are separate from workspace plan billing.
- Credits never expire.
- Credits are non-transferable: they belong to the account that bought them and can't be moved to another account, sold or exchanged for cash, except as a refund under our Refunds & cancellation policy.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
Your content and apps
What you build and the data in your projects belong to you (or to the business you build for). You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you — for example to show previews, publish your projects, answer your AI requests and keep backups. You can export your apps at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Atlas Studio to:
- break the law or help someone else break it;
- harm, harass, deceive or defraud others, or collect people's data without the right to;
- store or share content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to use;
- send spam or unwanted bulk messages;
- attack, probe or overload the service or anyone else's systems, or get around its limits or security;
- create many accounts to collect free credits, or resell access to the service except through the reseller features we offer.
AI output
Atlas Studio uses AI to plan and build software and to answer questions. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Review each plan before you approve it, and check your projects and their results before you rely on them — you decide what is built and how it is used. AI output is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. AI-generated sample data is fictional.
Selling to clients
If you use reseller mode, you're responsible for your agreements with your own clients and for the apps you provide to them.
Availability
We work to keep Atlas Studio available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. See the status page for the current state.
Limits of our responsibility
Atlas Studio is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Atlas Studio at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits are handled as described in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell you in the Studio or by email before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
