Atlas Studio is a digital service. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery.

Delivery of credits

When you buy credits, they are added to your account instantly after the payment succeeds. You can see them straight away in Account → Credits, and use them right away.

If your credits don't arrive

If you paid but don't see your credits, don't pay again. Email us at hello@atlasos.one with the date of the payment and its payment reference, and we'll sort it out.
